Autonomous robots,
bots and drone systems
Project: A drone for the KROK company's "Flying Robots" contest that is able to fly and navigate on its own

Implementation: We engineered a system that could see the road and the obstacles purely by employing cameras. We discarded the idea of using GPS, sensors or trackers on purpose. At the same time, we took into account all the specifics of the launching site and its conditions, carried out a lot of tests to cater for all sorts of scenarios and external conditions. As a result, our drone outperformed 536 opponents and won the contest.

Value: The robot can make decisions based on what it sees in the camera; it no longer operates blindly.

Interactive
robots
Project: An interactive talking robot for kids called Woodie [Derevyaka in Russian].

Implementation: This is our most heartfelt project intended first of all for interaction with kids. The robot can be used for exhibitions, expos and festivals as much as in children's development centers and facilities for correctional pedagogy and psychology.

Value: Any robot can be sociable, seeing the presence of a human or animal and knowing how to react correctly to a living being. A robot of this kind is able to automate certain tasks onsite social premises, such as shops, schools, and universities, or public and cultural spaces, all the while being in constant contact with man.
